Create a Portal Login
If you are new to the HIWFRS Site Booking Portal and would like to make a booking for the first time, please fill out the form below and submit it, selecting 'Request a New Account' as the reason for contact. Once you have been through the verification process, you will be provided with an invitation code which will allow you to login and make a booking. Please note this can take up to 10 working days.
If you are making a booking for more than 90 days in the future, please login to this site within that time to ensure your account remains active, as accounts that remain inactive for 90 days will be deactivated. Your submitted bookings will not be removed if your account is deactivated and will be accessible again once you reactivate your account.
Reactivate a Portal Login
If your account is deactivated, please fill out the form below again and submit it, selecting 'Reactivate an Expired Account' as the reason for contact. Once you have been through the verification process, you will be provided with a new invitation code which will allow you to login to your account to see existing bookings and create new ones. Please note this can take up to 10 working days.
